• You will work in a variety of industries, with stronger focus on Life Sciences and Healthcare, Financial Services, Industrial Goods and Consumer
• On your projects you could be analysing the competitive landscape to support the product launch of a new drug, developing organic and inorganic growth opportunities for an Industrial goods company, defining the digital transformation strategy and capabilities of a private bank, or engaging in scenario planning to identify sustainable competitive advantage for our clients in a dynamic environment
• You will quickly broaden your experiences, working with experienced international Deloitte professionals and high-profile clients, often in flexible and agile team environments

• You will be addressing business problems in an analytical, insights-driven manner with structured decision-making, guided by senior leadership feedback, to deliver actionable strategic recommendations for our clients

• Incisive thinker, confident in structuring complex problems with concepts, analysis and frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse and interpret key drivers of business performance and develop a cohesive strategic narrative, with great attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial and innovation-driven mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with notable professional presence
• Experience in working collaboratively in a team environment, with a motivated and enthusiastic attitude towards dealing with ambiguity and complexity
• Fluency in English; and German strongly preferred, experience in coding languages (e.g., C#, C++, Python, R, SQL, etc.) is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Excellent academic achievements from a leading university or business school, with a Master's degree, e.g., in Science, Engineering or Business
• Challenging internships or initial professional experience or previous full-time experience in strategy consulting or relevant industry roles
