Position: Project Coordinator (m/f/d)
Location: Zürich

Your tasks with us:
  • Customer service: You act as a central point of contact for our customers and support them with all logistical matters.
  • Supplier coordination: You coordinate deliveries and deadlines with partners, accompany projects directly at the customer's site and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Communication: You take calls, pass on information efficiently and coordinate internal and external communication.
  • Order and order management: You enter orders and maintain order confirmations in the system.
  • Schedule and project coordination: You plan meetings, coordinate operational projects and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
  • Transport and logistics organization: You support the planning of shipping, storage and transport and optimize processes.
  • Administrative tasks: You create and edit emails, correspondence and documents in German and English.
Your profile:
  • Education: Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further training in operations and logistics.
  • Experience Several years of experience in operations or logistics coordination. Knowledge of the furniture industry is an advantage.
  • Specialist knowledge: Structured, solution-oriented way of working. Understanding of operational processes, material flows and process optimization. Confident use of digital tools (e.g. ERP, Excel, project management software).
  • Language skills: Very good written and spoken German.
