Procurement Consulting​/Transformation

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Ensure successful delivery of procurement transformation projects, maintaining high-quality standards and deadlines. Present final deliverables to clients, often with C-level exposure.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and aligning project goals with business objectives.
• Team Development: Mentor and coach junior colleagues, fostering professional growth and continuous learning.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities, contribute to proposal development, and analyze market trends to support business growth.
• AI & Automation Integration: Lead the refinement and implementation of AI-driven solutions within consulting methodologies, enhancing client outcomes.

• Procurement Expertise: Strong background in procurement, supply chain or finance consulting, transformation, supplier negotiation, and category management. Strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinker.
• Client Management: Experience managing client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders for successful outcomes.

  Hands‑on experience with digital procurement platforms, analytics tools, and advanced PowerPoint for presentations and storytelling.
• Experience &
  
  Education:
  
  Minimum 6 years in procurement, consulting, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred (MBA, Supply Chain, or equivalent).
• Languages: Fluent in German and English; additional languages (French, Spanish) are a plus.
• Additional Skills (Desirable): Data & analytics, AI & automation, prompt engineering, change management, storytelling & data visualization, graphic design.
