• Enable the business strategy process from strategy definition to strategy implementation
• Ensure strategic alignment across the organization
• Support the various entities/units within the organization in defining and operationalizing their strategies
• Develop business cases related to potential new markets, locations, client segments and services
• Identify and assess external growth opportunities (Merger & Acquisition targets) in line with strategic direction
• Generate strategic insights based on in-depth research, outline recommendations and enable informed decision‑making of senior leadership
• Develop measures, projects and initiatives that enable the realization of the organization’s strategy and objectives
• Drive strategic projects and initiatives that address the organization’s strategic priorities

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks
• Excellent project management skills
• Financial and/or Merger & Acquisition modelling, valuation and financial planning and analysis skills
• Ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented and hands‑on personality
• Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point
• Relevant higher educational and professional background
