Design and continuously improve BCM standards, methodologies, and processes
Requirements
- University of Applied Sciences or higher vocational education degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in a strategic leadership role in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Enterprise Risk Management, Resilience, or Crisis Management
- Experience developing management systems and working in risk and emergency management
- Knowledge of IT Service Continuity Management (IT SCM) is an advantage
- Enjoy working in a team and experience with agile working methods
- Ability to quickly and confidently understand complex organizational, process, and technology landscapes
- Strong communication, writing, and instructional skills
- Confident interaction with management and executive leadership
- Excellent German and English skills
