We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Personal & Corporate Chief Operations Office business in Switzerland.

• collaborate closely with our Sales Office Head and senior stakeholders from day one, helping advance strategic sales priorities across offline and online channels
• take ownership of clearly defined analyses and deliverables, turning sales data, business input and client insights into actionable recommendations and high-impact presentations for senior leaders
• contribute to the development of strategic sales capabilities, such as Client Advisor enablement, digital product journeys and client referrals, working alongside the teams responsible for delivery
• help coordinate cross-functional initiatives and prepare decision material, including business cases, management updates and follow-ups that turn commercial priorities into concrete next steps

You’ll be working in the Sales Office within Marketing, Design & Digital Sales, part of the COO department of UBS Switzerland. We help shape and coordinate strategic sales priorities across the bank and create transparency on commercial performance across offline and online channels. Our work ranges from sales steering and performance reporting to advancing strategic sales capabilities for Client Advisors and digital product journeys.

As a coordination hub, we connect business, product, marketing, digital, analytics and technology teams to turn commercial priorities into concrete outcomes.

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than 12 months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system

• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• has excellent German and English skills
• has initial experience in management consulting, project management or a comparable analytical role, and an affinity for strategy, marketing and/or sales
• has strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, combined with sound business judgement and a pragmatic, can-do attitude
• has strong skills in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to work with large data sets, extract meaningful insights and translate them into compelling narratives
