Duration:12 months - with possibility of extension
Responsibilities- Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout the transformation project.
- Analyse existing core banking processes and identify opportunities for automation and process re-engineering, including RPA use cases.
- Elicit, document and validate business and functional requirements in close collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
- Support the design of target operating models and future‑state workflows aligned with core banking system capabilities.
- Coordinate with solution architects and developers to ensure requirements are correctly translated into technical specifications.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing banking workflows, systems and end users.
- Support testing, validation and rollout activities, ensuring solutions meet business needs before go‑live.
- Prepare clear, structured documentation and present findings, options and recommendations to stakeholders and steering committees.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Solid Banking Knowledge, ideally within Core Banking environments.
- Proven track record in Business Analysis on complex, cross‑functional projects.
- Experience in a Product Ownership capacity, managing backlogs and prioritising deliverables.
- Understanding of T24 is considered a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Automation / RPA concepts and their application in a banking context.
