Sales Ops Business Partner Expert

You have extensive experience leading sales operations business services across complex, high-volume service environments. Deep expertise in workflow management, process improvement, data management, service quality governance, and stakeholder management is required. Experience leading teams, defining service standards, and fostering scalable process and knowledge management improvements across a broad service portfolio is expected. You balance operational rigour with a solid customer orientation and the strategic thinking needed to improve service delivery at scale.

You'll lead sales operations business services delivery across a broad portfolio, governing workflow management, service request resolution, and data quality ablishing service quality standards, leading major process improvement and simplification programmes, and overseeing knowledge management frameworks are core responsibilities. You'll manage senior stakeholder relationships, lead and develop operations services teams, address complex escalations, and influence how service delivery capabilities are built and sustained across the sales organisation.

Shaping the tools, processes, and standards that define operations services excellence is part of the role.

You'll act as a senior operations leader within the Sales Operations Business Services function, providing expertise and direction across complex, multi-team service environments. The team relies on your ability to govern quality, tackle escalations, and drive continuous improvement  you're motivated by building high-performing operations service teams that deliver measurable impact for SAP's sales and revenue-generating areas, this is the right level.
