WSP Schweiz sucht eine/n Bauleiter/in im Strassen- und Tiefbau (80-100%) für die Standorte Luzern oder Zürich. Sie arbeiten eng mit Projektleitenden und dem Planungsteam zusammen, koordinieren Submissionsunterlagen, Leistungsverzeichnisse und führen Projekte vor Ort im Grossraum LU/ZH/AG aus.
Sie tragen Verantwortung für Termine, Qualität und Kosten und unterstützen die frühe Planung. Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (ETH/FH) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation und bringen
