Proplaning AG in Zürich sucht eine/n Bauleiter/in (w/m/d) zur Verstärkung des Teams. Sie koordinieren Unternehmerleistungen von der Bauvorbereitung bis zur Fertigstellung und übernehmen das Submissions-, Offert- und Vertragswesen.
Sie erstellen Leistungsverzeichnisse, planen Termine, führen Baubuchhaltung und Kostenkontrolle durch und betreuen Mängel- sowie Garantieprozesse. Mehrjährige Bauleitungs- und Submissionserfahrung in der Schweiz ist wünschenswert.
