Site Manager ​/ Construction Manager

As part of our continued growth in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Construction Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of complex construction and fit-out projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile office, life sciences, and high-tech projects in a dynamic international environment.

• Independently manage and coordinate renovation and construction projects on site.
• Plan, monitor, and control all construction activities, ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality standards, budgets, and health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, technical specifications, and client requirements.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges.
• Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reports to project management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Support commissioning, inspections, final acceptance, and successful project handover.
• Degree or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Bauleiter in Switzerland (
  mandatory
  ).
• Proven experience managing complex interior fit-out, office, life sciences, or high-tech construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of schedule, quality, and cost management.
• Experience working with international clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proficient in MS Office and common project management tools.
