Futuro Personal AG in Zürich sucht eine erfahrene Baustellenchefin bzw. Projektleiterin Grossbaustellen zur Betoninstandsetzung. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Schlussrechnung und führen Bauunternehmern und Disponenten.
Sie steuern Termine, überwachen AVOR, Abrechnung und Nachkalkulation, erstellen Nachträge und führen Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten. Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit Bauherren, Bauleitern und ARGE-Partnern ist essenziell.
