Marti AG Zürich sucht eine erfahrene Baustellenchefin bzw. Projektleiterin Großbaustellen im Bereich Betoninstandsetzung, die Projekte vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Schlussrechnung leitet, Termine koordiniert und Bauleiter führt.
Sie überwacht Arbeitsvorbereitung, Ausmaß, Abrechnung, Nachkalkulation und Controlling; erstellt Nachträge, verhandelt mit Lieferanten und arbeitet eng mit Bauherren, Disposition, Subunternehmern und ARGE-Partnern zusammen.
