e-selection AG in Zürich sucht eine engagierte Bauherr:in zur Leitung anspruchsvoller Bau- und Entwicklungsprojekte im Bestand, mit Fokus auf Wohnnutzungen und Verdichtungen. Sie vertreten Bauherreninteressen gegenüber Total- und Generalunternehmern und steuern externe Projektteams.
Sie verfügen über eine technische Bauausbildung (HF/FH/ETH) und mehrjährige Projekterfahrung in der Schweiz, idealerweise bei TU/GU oder Entwicklern. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
