Sie entwickeln Kosten- und Angebotsgrundlagen für Neu-, Umbau- und Renovationsprojekte und arbeiten Chancen und Risiken in der Akquisitions- und Optimierungsphase heraus.
Sie erstellen General- und Totalunternehmerofferten, kalkulieren Pauschalpreise sowie Honorarmodelle und arbeiten Baubeschreibungen als Grundlage der Kostenermittlung aus.
