ERNE AG Bauunternehmung in Zürich sucht eine/n Bauführer/in Hochbau (80–100%). Sie leiten Bauprojekte von der Bauablaufplanung über die Arbeitsvorbereitung bis zur Ausführung, Abrechnung und Garantieabnahme eigenständig und tragen Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten und Qualität.
Auf der Baustelle führen Sie Teams, motivieren Mitarbeitende, stimmen sich mit externen Partnern ab und fungieren als erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für die Bauherrschaft.
