Location: Zürich
We distill brands to their essence and shape identities that move, define, and endure. Our work has received multiple international awards, including Red Dot and iF 2025, as well as the German Design Award 2025 and 2026.
Now we are looking for you: a Brand Designer with a strong sense for UX/UI and digital applications. Workload 40–60%, on-site in Zurich.
Your Responsibilities- Develop concepts, visual identities, and brand stories
- Design and implement brand design across digital and analogue touchpoints
- Conceptualize and design UX/UI for websites and digital applications
- Develop and evolve design systems and UI components
- Translate brand identities into consistent and intuitive digital experiences
- Create brand books and guidelines
- Continue and adapt existing designs
- Collaborate with clients, developers, and production partners: from idea to roll-out
- Present and document your work with precision
- At least 3 years of experience in brand, design, or digital agencies
- Solid UX/UI experience and a compelling portfolio of brand and digital work
- Excellent Figma skills and experience with design systems
- Good understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and intuitive user journeysl>
- Strong sense for typography, layout, and visual detail
- Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Passion for conceptual thinking and precise execution
- Ability to translate emotions into design
- Openness to new tools and the creative use of AI
- Professional demeanor and excellent German skills
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent English or French skills
- Experience in brand or digital strategy
- Motion and/or 3D design skills
- Projects with international relevance and high design ambition
