Eine führende Versicherungsgesellschaft in Zürich sucht einen Spezialisten SOS First Level (m/w/d), um Kunden in Notsituationen zu unterstützen. Diese Rolle umfasst die telefonische Beratung in verschiedenen Sprachen und die Organisation von Sofortmassnahmen.
Anforderungen sind eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Kundenservice und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie fließende Italienisch- und Französischkenntnisse. Es besteht die Möglichkeit für hybrides Arbeiten bis zu 40%.
