Ein erfolgreiches Softwarehaus in Zürich sucht einen unkomplizierten und zuverlässigen Mitarbeiter im Support. Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören der 1st und 2nd Level Support, Kundenanliegen per Telefon oder E-Mail zu bearbeiten und Installationen durchzuführen. Gesucht wird eine Person mit Erfahrung im Kundensupport und guten IT-Kenntnissen. Die Stelle bietet interessante und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten in einem angenehmen Arbeitsklima innerhalb eines kleinen Teams.
