Location: Zürich
Humanik sucht eine zentrale Ansprechperson für das Contact Center in Zürich. In dieser Position umfassst du die Beratung von nationalen und internationalen Kunden in mindestens drei Sprachen, insbesondere Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch oder Italienisch. Die Stelle ist befristet auf 6-9 Monate mit Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung.
Ideale Kandidaten sind kommunikativ, serviceorientiert und haben Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Call Center Umfeld. Dies ist die Chance, in einer dynamischen Umgebung einen echten Unterschied zu machen.
