• Phone contact with clients for credit management and debt recovery
• Active listening to clients’ situations and identification of sustainable payment solutions
• Negotiation of repayment plans and monitoring of agreed arrangements
• Management and updating of cases in internal systems
• Collaboration with the team to monitor open positions
• Maintaining a professional and empathetic approach even in sensitive situations

• Commercial training (commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification)
• Native German and good knowledge of English
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer listening abilities
• Aptitude for managing customer relationships over the phone
