Position: CUSTOMER ADVISOR - DE, FR, IT, EN
Location: Zürich

Positions Available

On behalf of a valued client, an important company in the financial services sector, we are currently seeking 3 Customer Advisors.

We have three distinct positions available to fit different lifestyles and schedules:

  • 1 Position at 40% (Evening and weekend shifts)
  • 1 Position at 60% (Daytime shifts)
  • 1 Position at 100% (Daytime shifts)

The ideal candidates will expertly handle, process, and forward client calls and partner enquiries in German, French, Italian, and English on various topics related to card payments, in accordance with company work instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian, and English.
  • Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid, and debit cards.
  • Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations.
  • Actively find solutions for client complaints and escort complex cases to the appropriate department.
  • Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with customers.
Job Requirements
  • Commercial or tourism background.
  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Good knowledge of the Office package and strong PC literacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Italian, German/Swiss German, French, and English.
  • As the first point of contact with customers, courtesy, empathy, strong customer orientation, and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
  • Willingness to travel to Ticino.
  • POSSESSION OF A VALID SWISS WORK PERMIT (SWISS CITIZEN, B PERMIT, C PERMIT) IS MANDATORY.
