Location: Zürich
Zürich Versicherungs-Gesellschaft AG sucht eine Aushilfe im Help Point in Zürich-Oerlikon für 80 - 100%. Sie unterstützen das Team bei Kundenanfragen und administrativen Aufgaben, um einen erstklassigen Service zu bieten.
Erforderlich sind erste Berufserfahrungen im Kundenservice und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und fließende Deutsch- sowie Französischkenntnisse sind wichtig.
Die Position bietet hybride Arbeitsmöglichkeiten und ist befristet auf ein Jahr.
