ICM Personal AG sucht einen Call Agent Inbound / Outbound (80–100%) in Zürich. Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Outbound-Kampagnen. Erfahrung im Kundenservice und ein VBV-Zertifikat sind erforderlich.
Darüber hinaus sind sehr gute Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse sowie gute IT-Fähigkeiten wichtig. Moderne Arbeitsplätze und ein angenehmes Team erwarten Sie. Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag.
