Host Service & Reception; m​/w​/d

Responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact for guests and ensure they feel at home from the first moment until the last drink.

• Support guests during the self‑check‑in process and perform additional reception duties as needed.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks and snacks efficiently and provide smooth service.
• Manage the morning breakfast buffet and delight guests with barista skills.
• Assist with goods reception, control, and storage, maintaining proper mise‑en‑place and adherence to set ups and standards.
• Share insider tips about the best local hotspots with guests.

• Experience in gastronomy or hospitality preferred; knowledge of mise‑en‑place welcome.
• Flexible and willing to work in shifts.
• Reliability, multitasking, and willingness to learn.
• Empathetic communication and enthusiasm for sharing excitement with others.
• Sense of humor and teamwork; enjoy guest interactions.
• Fluency in German and English.
