Der Kundenberater beantwortet Anfragen zum Kundenbindungsprogramm und sorgt durch schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation für eine positive Kundenerfahrung. Erforderlich sind eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung.
