Location: Zürich
Das Universitätsspital Zürich (USZ) sucht eine/n Mitarbeiter/in Information, um einen hervorragenden Kundenservice am Empfang und telefonisch sicherzustellen. Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Unterstützung bei der Patientenbegleitung und die Bedienung der Telefonzentrale.
Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotel- oder Touristikbranche, mehrjährige Erfahrung im Dienstleistungsbereich, sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein hohes Maß an Empathie und Hilfsbereitschaft.
Die Position erfordert zudem die Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten.
