Groupe BPCE is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (m/f) in Zurich to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for establishing commercial offers and managing customer relationships, ensuring high-quality service.
The ideal candidate has a commercial education, at least 5 years of experience in customer service, and is fluent in Swiss German. Knowledge of French or English is an advantage. This full-time role involves working 40 hours a week with opportunities for client interaction and collaboration with various internal teams.
