Location: Zürich
One Doc sucht einen Customer Success Officer für die Deutschschweiz. In dieser Position bist du verantwortlich für die Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen im Gesundheitswesen, führst Schulungen durch und stellst den Kundenerfolg sicher.
Die Stelle erfordert eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie idealerweise 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Customer Success. Hybridarbeit, 5 Wochen Urlaub und teambildende Veranstaltungen sind ebenso Teil des Angebots.
