Location: Zürich
Centaur Labs in Zürich is looking for a Customer Success Manager. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met while working closely with internal teams. With over 7 years of experience in Technical Customer Success, you will influence customer satisfaction and drive adoption of Salesforce products.
This role involves cultivating relationships with stakeholders, providing feature guidance, and advising on implementation challenges. Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English and Swiss-German or French are required.
