Albedis sucht einen Call-Center-Mitarbeiter/in in Zürich, der für die Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenanliegen zuständig ist. Zu den Aufgaben gehört die allgemeine Auskunft via Telefon im Steuerbereich sowie die Bearbeitung von Anfragen zur direkten Bundessteuer.
Wichtig sind stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) und eine freundliche sowie serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit. Erfahrung im Call Center ist von Vorteil.
