Fidectus sucht eine/n Customer Success Werkstudent In / Praktikant In in der Schweiz. Du begleitest die komplette Customer Journey von Anfrage bis Lösung und Feedback, fungierst als Bindeglied zwischen Kunden und Produkt-Team und hilfst, Arbeitsabläufe durch Automatisierung zu skalieren.
Du bist eingeschriebenes Studium (Informatik/WI/BWL o.ä.), bringst Service-Mindset mit und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch. Wir bieten flexible Hybrid-Arbeit, Mentoring und internationales Teamumfeld.
