speakeasy München GmbH sucht am neuen Standort Zürich eine/n Mitarbeiter/in im Customer Service (20 Std/Woche) in Teilzeit oder als Werkstudent ab dem 3. August.
Du betreust Lernende per E-Mail, Telefon und am Empfang und bist erste Anlaufstelle. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören Beratung bei Kursen, Verkauf von Lehrwerken, Steigerung der Zufriedenheit der Teilnehmenden und Unterstützung des Teams bei telc-Prüfungen.
