Location: Zürich
Schweizerisches Rotes Kreuz Kanton Zürich sucht für den Rotkreuz-Fahrdienst eine engagierte Ansprechperson im Kundendienst (80%). Sie nehmen Anfragen entgegen, disponieren Fahrten und unterstützen die Administration im Fahrdienst.
Sie arbeiten mit freiwilligen Fahrerinnen und Fahrern, rekrutieren und schulen sie, verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung, gute Deutschkenntnisse und sichere MS Office-Kenntnisse. Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität runden das Profil ab.
