Emil Frey Zürich-Nord sucht eine/n Kundendienstberater/in Volvo in Vollzeit. Sie betreuen Volvo-Kundinnen und Kunden von der Terminvereinbarung bis zur Rechnungsstellung und sorgen für transparente Kostenvoranschläge sowie korrekte Abrechnung der Werkstattarbeiten.
Zu Ihren
Aufgaben gehört die Planung und Koordination von Werkstattterminen, kompetente Beratung bei Fahrzeugannahme und
-rückgabe sowie die aktive Präsentation von Zusatzleistungen. Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
