Location: Zürich
univativ Schweiz AG sucht eine/n Kundendienst Mitarbeiter/in in Opfikon ZH. Sie betreuen Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticket-System, erfassen Service- und Bestellaufträge und erstellen Angebote sowie Wartungsabonnements.
Sie arbeiten strukturiert, analytisch und serviceorientiert, verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und MS Office. Französische Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil;
Deutsch ist erforderlich.
