Zurich Schweiz sucht eine/n Customer Advisor Special Services in Zürich (80-100%). Du bearbeitest Anfragen von internationalen Kunden und Partnern telefonisch sowie schriftlich, pflegst Kundenbeziehungen und gewährleistest eine tadellose Bearbeitung von Kündigungen und Beschwerden.
Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit und verfügst über hohe Kommunikationskompetenz sowie Freude am Kundendialog. Deutsch, Französisch und Italienisch in Wort/Schrift sind wünschenswert;
