Die Migros Gruppe sucht Mitarbeitende im Kundendienst am Standort Zürich. Sie stehen täglich im Kontakt mit Kundschaft, beantworten Anfragen auf Deutsch (und Französisch), erfassen Bestellungen und unterstützen bei Rechnungsfragen.
Sie arbeiten gern im Team, übernehmen Verantwortung und beraten Kunden zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen in unserer Express Filiale vor Ort. Mindestens 2 Jahre Kundendienst, EFZ-Ausbildung, Deutsch fließend;
Französisch von Vorteil.
