Die Migros-M Kontaktstelle M-Infoline bietet zentrale Unterstützung für Kundinnen und Kunden in Zürich. Sie bearbeitet schriftliche und telefonische Anfragen, erfasst Anliegen und findet eigenständig Lösungen mit Fachstellen.
Kommunikation in Deutsch (B2) und Französisch (C1) ist vorgesehen;
Italienisch bringt Vorteile. Die Stelle erfordert Flexibilität, Teamarbeit und Bereitschaft zur Samstagarbeit in einem modernen Umfeld.
