Zürcher Kantonalbank in Zürich sucht eine engagierte Supporter:in im eBanking Service für 80–100% Teilzeit. Du betreust digitale Kanäle telefonisch und schriftlich und nimmst eine zentrale Rolle im Turnus der Abend- und Wochenendschichten ein.
Du bringst Erfahrung in telefonischer Beratung mit, besitzt IT-Affinität und Empathie, um Kundinnen und Kunden durch die Digitalisierung zu begleiten. Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen dich sicher, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
