Location: Zürich
Zurich Schweiz sucht eine/n Sachbearbeiter/in Schaden Assistance (m/w/d) in Zürich-Oerlikon. Die Stelle umfasst 80–100% Teilzeit/Vollzeit mit hybridem Arbeiten bis zu 40%.
Du bearbeitest Reise- und Pannenfälle, kommunizierst mit Partnern und Reisebüros und betreust Kunden telefonisch sowie schriftlich. Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ) oder gleichwertigen Abschluss sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Versicherungs-, Reise- oder Tourismusbranchen mit.
