Diallon in Zürich sucht eine engagierte Kundendienst-Mitarbeiterin bzw.
-Mitarbeiter. Du startest befristet für sechs Monate und kannst dich während dieser Zeit beweisen.
Du berätst professionell telefonisch eingehende Anrufe, beantwortest Fragen zu Rechnungen, Zahlungen und Kreditkartenverfügbarkeit und unterstützt bei allen Fragen zu unseren e-Services, damit Kunden die Plattform optimal nutzen. Gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse, sowie Englischgrundkenntnisse, sind unerlässlich.
