Zurich Schweiz sucht eine Customer Advisor Special Services (m/w/d) 80-100% am Standort Zürich/ Oerlikon. Du betreibst telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenkontakt, bearbeitest Anfragen, Kündigungen und Beschwerden und trägst zur Pflege der Kundenbeziehung bei.
Voraussetzung ist eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Französisch/ Italienisch;
