Sie betreuen Kundinnen und Kunden per E-Mail, Telefon und Post, bearbeiten Bestellungen, Retouren und Reklamationen und erstellen Auswertungen. Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Franzf6sischkenntnisse wfcnschenswert;
