Location: Zürich
Living Circle Group sucht zur Verstärkung ihres Front Office-Teams eine dynamische Verstärkung. Sie begrüßen Gäste bei Ankunft und Abreise, verwalten Reservierungen, kümmern sich um Zahlungen und Rechnungen und unterstützen bei Gästebedürfnissen.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört zudem die Beantwortung von Telefonanrufen, Weiterleitung und Bereitstellung von Informationen über Hotel und Umgebung. Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich; EDV-Kenntnisse wünschenswert.
