Universal--job-Ag- in Zürich sucht eine serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter:in für den täglichen Kundenkontakt. Sie verfassen E-Mails, kommunizieren via Chat-Kanäle und beantworten Anfragen über Social-Media-Plattformen. Eine freundliche, klare und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation ist dabei zentral.
Die Anstellung startet in einem Try+Hire; danach folgt eine Festanstellung. Einarbeitung erfolgt umfassend;
Schichtdienst zwischen 06:30 und 23:00 Uhr an Wochenenden/Feiertagen ist vorgesehen.
