Die Mobiliar sucht in Bern eine/n Sachbearbeiter/in Kundendialog und Triage (w/m/d) für ein befristetes 30%-Pensum ab Oktober 2026. Du betreust Kunden in außergewöhnlichen Situationen, beantwortest Anrufe außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten und übernimmst administrative Aufgaben im Contact Center.
Anforderungen:
Motivation, gute Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit. Eine Lehre oder laufendes Studium wird erwartet;
Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
