Your Role

As an Airline Contact Centre Agent
, youll be the first point of contact for passengers, helping them with:

• Flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
• General travel and airline-related inquiries
• Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Between 09:00-18:30
• 8-hour shifts
• On-site role in Malta

What Were Looking For

• German C2 (mandatory)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computer systems
• Previous customer service experience is a plus (not required)
• Open to working and living in Malta

Salary & Benefits

Hourly Salary Progression

• After probation: €8.50/hour

Additional Benefits
Performance Bonus: up to €2,000/year
(paid quarterly, after probation)
Language Allowance: €250/month
(after training)
Relocation Package: €2,000 (paid after 1 month of employment)
