Location: Zürich
Viseca sucht in Zürich eine/n Kundenberater/in im 24/7-Emergency-Service. Die Position bietet 80–100% Auslastung, inklusive einer strukturierten Grundausbildung ab 1. September 2026 in Zürich. Nach der Einarbeitung besteht Möglichkeit für Homeoffice.
Zu den Aufgaben gehören telefonische Inbound-Beratung, Unterstützung bei Kartensperrungen, Limiten und PIN-Codes, sowie Beratung zu Web-Services und der Viseca ONE App. Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung.
