Location: Zürich
Teleperformance Switzerland in Wallisellen sucht engagierte Kundenberater (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Du betreust Bestandskunden telefonisch und per E-Mail, informierst zu Verträgen, Schadensfällen und Finanzen und sorgst durch deine freundliche Art für ein positives Kundenerlebnis.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse (C1) und magst telefonischen Kundenkontakt. Moderne Büroräume, ÖV-Anbindung und Homeoffice-Tage nach Einarbeitung werden geboten.
